Join us Thursday, August 17th as chefs Pablo Cesares of Cochon Butcher and Bryan Weaver of Butcher & Bee join chef Kyle Patterson in our 2nd of 4 unrehearsed dinner series.
Loosely based on ‘family meal,’ when restaurant staff breaks bread together, the chefs will prepare the food they like to eat. Guests will get a glimpse ‘backstage’ during this intimate dinner set at the long table in Sinema’s private dining room..
Cocktails begin at 6:30pm, followed by a seated dinner at 7:00pm after an introduction with our special guests. A variety of cocktails will be created and paired with each course by Sinema's Seth Wood using special guest Rabbit Hole Distillery's finest selections.
The Mediterranean inspired menu gives you the opportunity to experience each chef's take on a favorite ingredient.
The Tapas Course features a bountiful variety of Mediterranean inspired dishes featuring meats, cheeses, stuffed olives, hummus and much more! Paired with the Tasty AF Rioja Sangria
