Nashville restaurant promotion on the heels of Best Dessert nod from Nashville Scene
In the food world, there is a specific level of respect given to the name chef. To reach the level of chef, one must gain the respect amongst those in the kitchen as being a leader and continuously pushing the bar higher for the trade in which he or she works.
Sinema is proud to announce that pastry cook Allie Crowe has been promoted to head pastry chef of Sinema Nashville. Crowe has been with the team since Sinema opened it's doors in summer 2014 and has continued to lead the pastry department with a variety of concoctions for brunch, dessert and beyond.
