"I then headed over to Sinema, where chef Dale Levitski was serving some hand-made agnolotti stuffed with freshly made ricotta. It was meant to be served with a lamb sugo, but was fantastic on its own. That filling was perfectly seasoned with herbs and delicious. "After a few of those we were ready to eat again, so we wandered over to Sinema, where Dave Levitski's Ricotta Agnolotti, an elevated comfort food of the best kind, truly hit the spot. I could have devoured an entire plate of that, but I wanted to leave room for dessert, starting with Pinewood Social's lemon lavender jar, a tangy, sweet lemon curd topped with cream cheese mousse, pretzel crumb, fresh blueberries and lavender gremolata, which I just had to Google. Apparently it's a chopped-herb condiment of lemon zest, garlic and parsley that traditionally accompanies osso buco. "
