Join us at the Beard House for a taste of longtime Chicago resident and Top Chef alum Dale Levitski’s eclectic, modern cuisine that’s reverberating across Music City and beyond.

Sinema chef Dale Levitski (who we will from now on call Iron Fork-winning Chef Levitski instead of Top Chef contestant Dale Levitski), was honored to take part in the "Nashville Buzz" dinner last month at the James Beard House in New York City. He wants to share the menu with his new adopted hometown of Nashville, so he is re-creating the menu for a special dinner in the private dining room at Sinema on Thursday, April 23, starting at 7:30 p.m. The dinner costs $150/person, which includes passed appetizers, five courses, wine pairings, tax & gratuity.

It’s no secret that Nashville’s dining scene is blowing up. Almost weekly, there’s a delicious new excuse for visitors and locals to fall in love with this rapidly growing Southern city. The past year has seen nationally acclaimed chefs setting up shop here and prominent local restaurateurs unveiling bold new concepts. Stellar food and drink isn’t the whole story, either: some of these additions to the restaurant scene give new meaning to playing with your food.—Susannah Felts
I could spend days writing this blog post. Not kidding. DAYS. Our town’s 2nd Music City Food + Wine Festival has come and gone, and it was a doozy.
As I sat here going through all of my photos, it hit me hard how much I love Nashville and more specifically, our food community. This past weekend was absolutely incredible. My heart and my belly were filled as I got to eat delicious things, listen to incredible music, meet interesting new people, and spend quality time with dear friends I don’t get to see nearly enough of.
Eat. Drink. Smile. 2014.
As Nashville’s stature as a culinary hot spot continues to grow, chefs from across the country are flocking to town to open restaurants and take advantage of the national buzz. In many cases, these outposts are simply additions to a chain, with the name-brand chefs behind the projects making occasional appearances in the kitchen while running their empires from other cities. But Sinema, the new showcase restaurant of Top Chef season-three alum Dale Levitski, is not that sort of venture. - See more at: http://nashvillelifestyles.com/restaurants/sinema-nashville#sthash.aLwde0LE.dpuf
