Dale Levitski Restaurant Has a Name: Sinema

Dale Levitski, the Chicago chef and Top Chef alum that just last month announced his move from the Windy City to Music City, now has a name for his upcoming restaurant. Sinema, which simply gives a nod to its location in the former Melrose Theater, will feature Levitski's brand of 'eclectic American cuisine.' Via a release, he says that he "aim[s] to be playful, but not too experimental" with the menu. The restaurant itself will feature two levels of dining, lounge and bar space, with a number of the property's original details, including the mirrored walls and ceiling and curved grand staircase, being restored.
