I didn't take a lot of economics in college, but I seem to remember that wherever the graphs cross is important. And I've also recently wondered why there is so much variation in the cost of beers at some taprooms. There are a few that charge a different price for imports versus domestics, and others that pour a 10-ounce glass vs. 12-ounce, American pints vs. imperial pints, to keep the price per glass at an attractive rate. I get that the cost from distributors vary a bunch, but it sure seems like it would make sense to establish flat pricing if possible and make a little more marginal profit on some beers versus others.
