Our seasonal prix fixe menu captures Chef Kyle's creativity and talents to create a menu that includes flavors and foods that go together that fit the new Spring season! Our Chef works with local farmers which allows him to rotate this seasonal menu frequently and also leaves room for creativity and flexibility.

At Sinema Restaurant + Bar we are passionate about all things food and beverage, and our new Artisanal Cheese and Charcuterie offerings epitomizes this mantra. This new culinary addition is headed up by our general manager and sommelier, who has worked as a Maitre Fromager for many years and studied at the legendary Artisanal Premium Cheese Center in NYC, Murray's Cheese Shop in the Village, and Picholine NYC.
