Chef Dale Levitski Partners With the Nashville Farmers' Market for Pop-Up Series | Nashville Scene

Chef Dale Levitski of Sinema and The Hook has announced a partnership with the Nashville Farmers' Market to host a series of pop-up restaurants in the market’s Grow Local Kitchen. The pop-ups will be held on the second Saturday of each month and alternate between featuring favorites from menus at The Hook and Sinema. Levitski and the chefs from both restaurants — Vasisht Ramasubramanian (also known as "Chef V"), Kyle Patterson and Alex Leibow — will work with seasonal ingredients and area farmers and purveyors when creating the monthly menus. Pastry chef Allie Crowe will also provide desserts.
